self reflecting??? how often do u guys reflect ur doings? for me i admit that i'm a hot-tempered girl will scold back or shout out and this is me no holding back Impatient when customer dn understand what i meant after explaining so many time Might look fierce when not smiling but actually i'm not just a way of protecting myself a lot more about my flaw so what are yours??? 10 years down the road might be a different me, right? or lepoard never changes its spots? shall see....
